Key points
- CopierPilot is software. It does not provide trading strategies, signals, investment recommendations, brokerage or custody.
- You control your own broker accounts, routes, sizing and participation and remain responsible for monitoring and provider permission.
- Trading and copying involve material risk. Execution can differ and Account Protection cannot guarantee loss prevention.
- Peer Copy is private, invite-only and permanently non-commercial. No payment or benefit may be exchanged between a Master and Follower.
- The standard platform fee is USD 7.95 per Billable Connected Account per month; full billing rules must be presented before charges begin.
1. About these Terms and the contract
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of CopierPilot (“CopierPilot”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a software platform operated from the Netherlands.
By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you enter into an agreement with CopierPilot. If you use the Service for or on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
These Terms apply together with the documents relevant to your use of the Service, including the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Subscription Disclosure and, where applicable, the Peer Copy Terms and in-product feature agreements.
If documents conflict, checkout or order details control the applicable commercial details, feature-specific terms control the relevant feature, and these Terms control general use of the Service. Mandatory law always prevails.

- Connected Account: a broker, trading-platform or account-provider account connected to CopierPilot through an approved connection method.
- Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

4. What CopierPilot provides
CopierPilot provides software for trade copying, multi-account workflows, supported multi-platform and cross-platform connections, Account Protection, Analytics, Market Insights where available, and related account, route, execution and connection monitoring.
Feature availability depends on the supported broker, platform, account type, instrument, country and technical connection. A feature marked “Coming soon”, preview, beta or similar is not part of the live Service unless we expressly state otherwise.
CopierPilot is not a broker, exchange, trading venue, payment institution, custodian or account provider. Your trading account and funds remain with your chosen broker or account provider.
5. No strategies, signals or financial advice
CopierPilot does not provide trading strategies, trade signals, personalised investment recommendations, financial planning, portfolio selection, tax advice or legal advice. Analytics, Market Insights, risk indicators, notifications and support information are provided to help you understand and operate the software; they are not recommendations to open, hold, change or close a position.
CopierPilot does not select, recommend, rank, approve, verify or introduce Masters or Followers. Support staff provide technical and account assistance only and must not configure a trading strategy or advise you what to trade.
The parties do not intend use of the Service alone to create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, brokerage, custody or discretionary-management relationship. This description of the intended service does not determine the legal classification of particular conduct or functionality.
6. Account registration and security
You must create and use your own account, provide accurate information and keep that information current. You may not sell, transfer, rent or share access to your CopierPilot account except through an authorised organisation-account feature that we expressly support.
You are responsible for protecting your password, devices, authentication methods and recovery information. You must enable two-factor authentication when required and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access, credential exposure or account compromise.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from a security failure attributable to CopierPilot. We may require identity, account-control or security verification before restoring access or permitting sensitive changes.
7. Connected Accounts and third-party permission
You may connect only accounts that you own, control or are expressly authorised to use. You must not connect another person’s account, obtain another person’s broker credentials, or use the Service to access an account without valid permission.
A connection may require credentials, tokens, account-side software, an expert adviser, bridge or other permissions. You authorise CopierPilot and the applicable connection components to use those permissions only as needed to provide the requested functionality, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You remain responsible for checking whether your broker, platform, prop firm or other account provider permits copying, automation, account-management tools, expert advisers, APIs and the specific configuration you intend to use. Technical support or availability does not mean the provider permits that activity.
Third-party terms, margin rules, market hours, instrument specifications and restrictions continue to apply. You must maintain sufficient permissions, software, connectivity and account status for the Service to operate.
8. Copy Routes, automation and User Instructions
When you activate a Copy Route, you instruct and authorise CopierPilot to detect relevant Source activity, apply your deterministic route settings, create Copy Instructions and transmit them through the supported connection to the Destination account.
Unless a configured or mandatory control requires confirmation, Copy Instructions may be transmitted automatically without a separate approval for each trade. For Peer Copy, the Follower gives this instruction by configuring and activating participation under the Peer Copy flow.
CopierPilot does not hold or reroute an instruction to seek a better market price, execution time or trading venue. A Copy Instruction may be delayed or held only because of technical processing, connection conditions, fixed platform controls, Follower-configured controls, security checks or legal restrictions.
Pausing, disabling or ending a Copy Route stops new Copy Instructions only. Existing positions remain in the Destination account unless you separately and expressly instruct the broker to close them. You must review open positions before disconnecting an account or ending a route.
9. Risk Controls, Account Protection and Analytics
Peer Copy uses two distinct control layers. Mandatory Risk Controls are fixed platform controls that cannot be disabled and may hold or prevent a risk-increasing Copy Instruction. Account Protection is the separate Follower-configured Tier 2 layer and may hold an instruction, pause future copying or take another action expressly configured and shown in the product. Details are described in the Risk Disclosure and relevant product information.
A confirmation control is not a recommendation by CopierPilot. It gives the authorised Follower an opportunity to decide whether a flagged instruction should proceed. The confirmation window is 120 seconds. If a valid response or required account-state check is not received within that window, the instruction fails closed and is not executed.
Controls depend on data, classification, connectivity and technical processing. They may not detect every risk, may not intervene before a market move or broker action, and do not guarantee that loss, drawdown, margin calls, rejected orders or rule breaches will be prevented.
Analytics and monitoring outputs may be delayed, incomplete or affected by third-party data, account history, mapping and connection quality. You must verify material information against your broker or account provider.
10. Own-account copying
Own-account copying means copying between accounts controlled by the same CopierPilot user. You remain responsible for account ownership or authority, route settings, sizing, symbol mapping, filters, provider permission, monitoring and all trading and financial consequences.
You must not describe CopierPilot support for an account or connection as confirmation that copying is permitted by the relevant broker, platform or prop firm.
11. Peer Copy
Peer Copy is a limited, private and invite-only feature. It is not a public marketplace, directory, discovery service, signal marketplace or commercial strategy-subscription service.
A Master makes a specific Source privately available and receives an Invite Key. The Master shares that key and the associated Master email directly with an intended Follower outside the Service. The Follower enters both values, independently selects their own Destination, configures sizing, mapping, protection and risk settings, and submits the completed relationship for Master activation.
A Master may have no more than 50 Follower Relationships in Active or Paused state at the same time. Each separate Destination Relationship counts separately. A Relationship releases capacity only when it is Ended or Terminated. We may impose stricter limits for legal, security, technical or operational reasons.
The Follower remains owner and controller of the Destination, may close positions, and may pause or end participation. The Master does not receive Follower broker credentials and cannot view Follower balance, equity, margin, positions, trades, profit or loss, or personal Analytics.
Peer Copy requires acceptance of the Peer Copy Terms and the relevant role agreement. The Master and Follower select each other independently. CopierPilot does not assess the Master’s strategy, skill, legality, suitability or performance.
12. Permanent prohibition on commercial Peer Copy
Peer Copy may be used only for private, non-commercial relationships. No Master, Follower or other person may request, pay, receive or arrange any direct or indirect fee, subscription, commission, revenue share, profit share, membership payment, benefit in kind or other consideration connected with access to Peer Copy or copied trades.
The prohibition applies both inside and outside CopierPilot and includes disguising payment through another product, community, course, membership, referral, service or arrangement. Invite Keys may not be sold, rented, transferred publicly or used to operate a paid copy-trading or signal network.
You must not advertise Peer Copy using performance figures, guaranteed returns, safety guarantees, “verified” claims, public recruitment, paid-access language or other misleading or commercial promotion.
We may immediately pause accounts or relationships while investigating suspected commercialisation. If we reasonably determine that a serious breach occurred, we may end related relationships and permanently terminate the involved account or accounts. We may request relevant factual information and provide an internal review route where appropriate.
13. Acceptable use
You must use the Service lawfully, honestly and only for its intended purpose. You must not:
- use the Service to provide an unlicensed or unlawful financial, investment, brokerage, account-management, signal or payment service;
- misrepresent your identity, authority, residence, account ownership, permissions or relationship with another user;
- circumvent Account Protection, eligibility, sanctions, country, capacity or other access controls;
- interfere with, overload, probe, scan, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorised access to the Service, except where a non-waivable legal right expressly permits limited interoperability work;
- introduce malware, automated abuse, scraping, credential stuffing, enumeration or other harmful activity;
- manipulate markets, engage in fraudulent trading, evade broker or prop-firm rules, or use the Service for unlawful conduct;
- resell, sublicense, white-label or commercially exploit the Service unless a separate written agreement expressly permits it;
- copy, publish or misuse another user’s confidential information, Invite Key or account information;
- make misleading statements about CopierPilot, supported providers, execution, performance or legal permission; or
- help another person do any of the above.
14. User content and communications
You retain ownership of information and content you submit to the Service. You grant CopierPilot a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that material only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the Service, comply with law and enforce these Terms.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you provide. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or security-sensitive material.
Peer Copy communication inside CopierPilot is limited to system-generated operational messages at launch. Peer Copy does not provide free-text chat, comments or user-to-user messaging. This does not authorise performance promotion, financial advice, paid access or commercial recruitment through another channel.
15. Brokers, platforms, prop firms and other third parties
The Service depends on third-party brokers, trading platforms, payment processors, hosting, networks, software and account providers. Those parties are independent and their terms and privacy practices apply separately.
We do not control third-party prices, liquidity, spreads, slippage, execution, margin calculations, order acceptance, market hours, outages, account restrictions, rule changes or data accuracy. A third party may suspend or discontinue access at any time.
References to third-party names, logos or integrations identify compatibility only. They do not imply ownership, endorsement, partnership or permission for your intended use.
16. Subscription, fees and payment
The standard CopierPilot platform fee is USD 7.95 per Billable Connected Account per month. A Billable Connected Account is a unique trading account added to and kept enabled in the paid CopierPilot account list. Own-account, Source, Destination or Analytics use does not change the unit price. A route pause, temporary disconnection or trading inactivity does not by itself stop billing. Peer Copy itself carries no additional fee, and CopierPilot does not collect or distribute payments between Masters and Followers.
Subscriptions use one Mollie-managed monthly billing schedule per customer or workspace. A successful retry may change the provider-reported next charge date. Additional Billable Connected Accounts added during a Billing Period are charged pro rata for the remaining period. Removing an account or cancelling reduces or ends future billing at the next renewal, while access normally continues through the already-paid period. Before any recurring charge begins, we will disclose the billing start date, renewal timing, taxes, cancellation method and other material payment terms and obtain the required acceptance.
Payments and recurring payment authorisation are processed through Mollie. Before the first trading account can be enabled, you must complete the in-app Mollie authorisation flow and establish a valid recurring mandate or other supported authorisation. Available methods, any first or verification amount and the final USD amount are shown before confirmation. Your bank or payment-method provider may apply currency-conversion or other charges because billing is in USD.
Consumer pricing will be displayed with taxes and mandatory charges as required by law. Business pricing may be displayed excluding taxes where permitted and clearly stated.
17. Renewal, cancellation and payment status
A free CopierPilot user account can be created without a payment method, and registration does not start a trial. One 14-day trial is available per eligible billing workspace or customer. It starts only when a valid Mollie recurring authorisation exists, the required commercial and legal acceptance has been recorded, and the first trading account is successfully enabled. All accounts added during the trial share the same end date. At trial end, the then-enabled Billable Connected Accounts convert automatically to monthly billing at USD 7.95 per account. The exact trial end, account quantity, first recurring amount, taxes and renewal terms must be shown before the trial starts.
After the first definitive failed status for a scheduled trial-conversion or renewal payment, the Subscription enters a 72-hour past-due period. Existing enabled accounts and routes may continue during that period while Mollie performs supported retries, but new paid account additions may be blocked. If payment has not succeeded when the 72 hours expire, the affected trading accounts are billing-disabled and disconnected, Copy Routes are deactivated and no new Copy Instructions are created. Operational account and route configuration remains recoverable for 30 days. Reactivation requires a final paid status and the required connection, route, authorisation, control and legal checks. Billing events never close or modify broker positions or pending broker orders, and missed Copy Instructions are not replayed.
Voluntary cancellation or account removal does not create a routine pro-rata refund for the unused portion of a paid Billing Period. We correct duplicate or incorrect charges and provide refunds, price reductions or other remedies where required. Recurring price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance and may be avoided by cancelling before the new price takes effect.
A subscription entered into online can be cancelled through the online account flow. Consumers retain mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, conformity, price-reduction and termination rights. The specific consumer withdrawal and immediate-performance flow is described at checkout and in the Subscription Disclosure. Where a statutory online withdrawal function applies to a Consumer distance contract concluded through our online interface, that function must remain clearly accessible during the applicable withdrawal period and must provide the required electronic submission, confirmation and acknowledgement flow.
18. Service updates, modifications and feature changes
We may update or modify the Service for security, legal compliance, technical compatibility, third-party changes, abuse prevention, capacity, maintenance or genuine product improvement.
For Consumers receiving a digital service continuously, a modification beyond what is necessary to maintain conformity will be made without additional cost and for a valid reason stated in the contract. Where a modification has more than a minor negative effect on access or use, we will give clear advance notice and any termination right required by law.
You must install or permit reasonably required updates to account-side software, connectors or applications. We are not responsible for a problem caused solely by failure to install a supplied update within a reasonable time when we gave adequate installation information.
19. Availability, maintenance and support
We aim to operate the Service with reasonable care and skill, but trading technology depends on networks and third parties and cannot be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, instantaneous or error-free.
We may perform planned or emergency maintenance, limit capacity, disable an unsafe connection or temporarily suspend a feature. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material planned interruption.
Technical support is available through the Contact page and any support channels shown in the Service. Support does not include trading, investment, tax or legal advice.
20. Suspension and restriction
We may restrict or suspend an account, Connected Account, Copy Route or feature where reasonably necessary to:
- protect users, accounts, the Service or third parties from security or operational risk;
- investigate suspected fraud, unauthorised access, commercial Peer Copy or another material breach;
- comply with applicable legal obligations, sanctions restrictions, or broker or platform requirements;
- address failed payment after any applicable notice or grace period;
- prevent material harm, market abuse, misuse or circumvention; or
- maintain or retire unsupported technology.
Where appropriate and lawful, we will state the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue or request review. We may act immediately where delay could create legal, security, financial or operational harm.
21. Termination by you or CopierPilot
You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time. Subscription cancellation and the effective cancellation date are governed by the Subscription Disclosure and applicable law.
We may terminate this agreement on reasonable notice where we discontinue the Service or where continued provision is no longer commercially or technically feasible. We may terminate immediately for a serious breach, unlawful use, fraud, sanctions exposure, repeated security abuse, confirmed commercial Peer Copy, or conduct creating material harm.
Before disconnecting trading accounts or ending a Copy Route, you must review and manage open positions. Termination or disconnection does not itself close positions held at a broker.
22. Consequences of termination
When the agreement ends, your right to use the Service ends and we may disable connections and access. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, dispute terms and enforcement rights, continue to apply.
Personal data is handled after termination under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Where consumer law requires, we will make eligible non-personal content provided or created by a Consumer available after termination, subject to statutory exceptions and reasonable identity verification.
23. Intellectual property and licence
CopierPilot and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, interfaces, designs, documentation, databases, trademarks and content, except for user content and third-party materials.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose during the agreement.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, create derivative products from, or remove proprietary notices from the Service except where expressly permitted by us or by a non-waivable legal right. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
24. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you permit CopierPilot to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential information or personal data.
25. Privacy and data protection
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, the legal bases we rely on, the parties involved, retention, international transfers and your rights.
You must not use the Service to obtain or disclose personal data about another user beyond the information expressly made available for the relevant feature. Masters may not seek Follower account credentials, capital, positions, trades, performance or personal Analytics.
26. Statutory rights and warranties
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumers are entitled to the statutory protections applicable to digital content and digital services, including rights relating to supply, conformity, required updates and remedies for non-conformity.
Subject to those mandatory rights, the Service is supplied based on the functionality, compatibility, availability and limitations described in these Terms, the applicable product information and the documents presented before purchase.
We do not warrant identical execution between Source and Destination, uninterrupted connectivity, compatibility with every broker or platform, prevention of loss, profitability, compliance with every third-party rule, or that any risk tool will intervene in time.
27. Trading, execution and technology risk
Trading can result in rapid and substantial loss. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses. Copying may produce different outcomes because of market movement, latency, slippage, spreads, liquidity, symbol mapping, contract size, account currency, margin, partial fills, rejected orders, outages and different provider rules.
You are responsible for understanding the instruments traded, reviewing the Risk Disclosure, configuring appropriate sizing and protection, monitoring your account and maintaining the ability to intervene directly with your broker.
Past performance, a Master’s conduct or Analytics does not predict future results. No software control makes trading risk-free.
28. Liability
28.1 Liability that is not excluded
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
28.2 Matters outside CopierPilot’s responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, CopierPilot is not responsible for loss caused by market movement, a user’s strategy or configuration, insufficient margin, unauthorised use not attributable to CopierPilot, broker or platform conduct, third-party outages, provider restrictions, inaccurate third-party data, or a user’s failure to monitor or intervene.
This does not exclude liability to the extent a loss is directly caused by CopierPilot’s breach and that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
28.3 Consumers
For Consumers, our liability is governed by applicable mandatory law. No exclusion or cap in these Terms removes statutory rights relating to a failure to supply, lack of conformity, data protection or other non-excludable obligations.
28.4 Business Users
Subject to section 28.1, CopierPilot is not liable to a Business User for loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, goodwill, business opportunity, trading opportunity or data, or for indirect or consequential loss.
Subject to section 28.1, CopierPilot’s total aggregate liability to a Business User arising out of or connected with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) EUR 500 and (b) the subscription fees paid or payable by that Business User for the Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
28.5 Mitigation and notification
You must take reasonable steps to limit avoidable loss and notify us promptly of an issue that may cause continuing harm. Nothing requires you to take a step that would be unsafe, unlawful or unreasonable.
29. Business User indemnity
If you are a Business User, you will indemnify CopierPilot against third-party claims, penalties and reasonable professional expenses arising directly from your unlawful use, material breach, false representation of account authority, infringement of third-party rights, or commercial exploitation of Peer Copy. This indemnity does not apply to the extent the claim was caused by CopierPilot’s own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
30. Complaints, support and notices
You may submit a complaint or support request through the Contact page. We will handle requests within a reasonable period, taking account of urgency and applicable law.
We may send important notices to the email address associated with your account or through a prominent in-product message. You must keep your contact information current.
31. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms for a valid reason, including legal requirements, security, technical changes, third-party dependencies, abuse prevention or genuine product development.
We will provide the updated Terms in a durable form before a material change takes effect. Where required, we will request renewed acceptance. If a material change adversely affects a Consumer, we will provide any notice and termination right required by law.
Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or liability. Continuing to use the Service after a validly notified change takes effect constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law.
32. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and the agreement are governed by Dutch law.
If you are a Consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the law of your habitual residence. A Consumer may bring proceedings in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
If you are a Business User, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should first try in good faith to resolve the dispute through the complaint process, unless urgent relief or a statutory deadline makes that inappropriate.
33. General provisions
These Terms and the incorporated documents form the entire agreement about the Service and replace earlier terms on the same subject. They do not replace a separately signed enterprise agreement.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. We may assign it to an affiliate or successor in connection with a reorganisation, financing, merger or sale, provided this does not reduce mandatory Consumer protections.
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, except that this does not excuse payment already due or remove rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
34. Contact details
Current support and legal contact channels are available on the Contact page. Where you purchase a subscription, the applicable operator and billing details are also shown in the checkout or order confirmation.
