• The CopierPilot platform price is USD 7.95 per Billable Connected Account per month.

1. Purpose and scope

This Subscription Disclosure explains the intended pricing, recurring billing, payment, renewal, cancellation and related commercial rules for access to CopierPilot.

It applies together with the CopierPilot Terms of Service and the checkout or order confirmation presented when a subscription is started or changed. It does not replace the Risk Disclosure, Peer Copy Terms, Privacy Policy or Cookie and Tracking Policy.

This document applies to platform subscriptions paid to CopierPilot. It does not authorise or describe any payment between a Master and a Follower.

2. Contracting party

The subscription is supplied under the CopierPilot brand by the operator identified in the Service, checkout and order confirmation. CopierPilot is operated from the Netherlands.

Current support and billing contact channels are available through the Contact page.

3. Definitions

Billable Connected Account: a unique Connected Account added to and kept enabled in the paid CopierPilot account list. A route pause, trading inactivity or temporary disconnection does not by itself stop billing.

Billing Period: the monthly recurring period for which subscription fees are charged under the customer or workspace billing anchor.

Business User: a person using CopierPilot wholly or mainly for a trade, business, craft or profession.

Connected Account: a broker, trading-platform or account-provider account connected to CopierPilot through a supported connection.

Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

Peer Copy: CopierPilot's limited, private, invite-only and non-commercial feature between independent users.

Subscription: the recurring right to use paid CopierPilot functionality under the accepted checkout terms.

4. Confirmed pricing position

The current product position is:

The price is for use of the CopierPilot software platform. It is not a brokerage fee, trading commission, investment-management fee, strategy fee or payment for investment performance.

5. Billable Connected Accounts

A Billable Connected Account is a unique broker or trading account that has been added to and remains enabled in the paid CopierPilot account list.

The following launch rules apply:

• a newly added account becomes billable when it is enabled as part of the paid account set;
• active, route-paused, trading-inactive and temporarily disconnected accounts remain billable while enabled;
• using the same account as Source, Destination, for own-account copying, Peer Copy, Analytics or multiple routes does not multiply the per-account charge;
• removing or disconnecting an account from the paid account set stops future billing for that account from the next renewal; and
• re-adding an account later makes it billable again under the then-current Billing Period.

The Service must show which accounts are currently billable and the resulting recurring amount.

6. Account count and price preview

Before a user starts or changes a paid Subscription, checkout must show at least:

• the number of Billable Connected Accounts;
• USD 7.95 per Billable Connected Account per month;
• the total recurring amount;
• the billing currency;
• whether taxes are included or added;
• the billing start date and next renewal date;
• how mid-cycle account additions are charged;
• the cancellation method and effective date; and
• the 14-day trial start and end, automatic monthly conversion and whether the workspace has already used its trial.

The confirmation action must make clear that it creates a payment obligation. Preselected paid options, hidden account counts or silent conversion into recurring billing must not be used.

7. Billing start and monthly Billing Period

Each customer or workspace uses one Mollie-managed monthly billing schedule. A successful retry may change the provider-reported next charge date, which becomes the next displayed renewal date.

The first paid Billing Period begins at the end of the 14-day trial for the then-enabled account quantity, provided the scheduled payment succeeds. A Billable Connected Account added after that date is charged pro rata for the remaining part of the current Billing Period. Removing an account during a Billing Period does not create a routine mid-cycle credit; the lower account count applies from the next renewal.

The billing anchor, current billable account count and next renewal date must be shown consistently in checkout, the account dashboard and billing records.

8. Renewal

The paid Subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

The renewal amount is based on the Billable Connected Accounts enabled for the next Billing Period and the then-applicable accepted price. The user must be able to see the renewal date and current recurring amount in the account.

A renewal must not silently apply a new price or recurring charge. Price changes follow section 19.

9. Adding, pausing, disconnecting and removing accounts

Adding a Billable Connected Account during a Billing Period creates a pro-rata charge for the remaining period.

Pausing a Copy Route, pausing a Peer Copy Relationship, stopping Peer Copy, disabling Analytics, having no recent trading activity or being temporarily disconnected does not stop account billing while the Connected Account remains enabled in the paid account list.

Removing or disconnecting an account from the paid account set reduces the billable quantity from the next renewal. Subscription changes do not close positions, cancel broker orders or move trading funds.

10. Checkout and acceptance

No recurring charge begins unless the applicable price and material billing terms have been presented and the user has completed the required acceptance step.

The accepted record should identify:

• the user and CopierPilot account;
• the accepted document and checkout versions;
• the number or identifiers of Billable Connected Accounts;
• the price per account and total recurring price;
• taxes and mandatory charges;
• billing currency;
• billing start and renewal information;
• the cancellation method;
• any trial, credit or promotion;
• the acceptance timestamp; and
• appropriate technical evidence of the acceptance event.

The order confirmation must be supplied in a form the user can retain.

11. Free account, trial, credits and promotions

A free CopierPilot user account can be created without a payment method. Registration and payment-method setup by themselves do not start the trial.

One 14-day trial is available per eligible billing workspace or customer. It starts only when a valid Mollie recurring mandate or authorisation exists, the required commercial and legal acceptance has been recorded, and the first trading account is successfully enabled. All accounts added during the trial share the same end date.

At trial end, the then-enabled Billable Connected Accounts convert automatically to a monthly Subscription at USD 7.95 per account. The in-app flow must show the exact end date, quantity, recurring total, taxes, first charge date, renewal terms and cancellation route before acceptance. No later reactivation, failed payment or new Mollie Subscription creates a new trial.

Any separate future credit or promotion requires separately reviewed terms and checkout treatment before it is made available.

12. Taxes and mandatory charges

Applicable taxes or mandatory charges, if any, are shown as required in the checkout or billing flow. Tax treatment can depend on the customer type and location. Users are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information requested for the transaction.

13. USD billing and currency conversion

CopierPilot currently intends to charge in USD only. No separate EUR list price is currently approved.

A bank, card issuer or payment provider may convert the USD charge into another currency and may apply its own exchange rate or fee. Those third-party conversion costs are separate from the CopierPilot platform price and are not controlled by CopierPilot.

Where required, checkout should clearly identify that the charge is denominated in USD before the user accepts payment.

14. Payment processing

Payments and recurring authorisation are processed through Mollie in the CopierPilot app.

Mollie processes payment-method data under its own terms and privacy information. CopierPilot should not store full payment-card details unless the approved architecture and legal documents expressly provide otherwise.

Before the first trading account can be enabled, the user must complete the Mollie authorisation flow and establish a valid recurring mandate or other supported authorisation. Available methods, any first or verification amount and currency compatibility are shown before confirmation. The user authorises Mollie to charge the accepted method for trial conversion and later renewals under the accepted Subscription terms.

15. Failed payment, deactivation and recovery

After the first definitive failed status for a scheduled trial-conversion or renewal payment, the Subscription enters a 72-hour past-due period. A payment that is still open or pending does not start this clock.

Existing accounts and routes may remain active during the 72 hours while Mollie performs supported retries. New paid account additions may be blocked. A successful payment within that period restores active status; a successful retry may change the next Mollie charge date.

If payment remains unsuccessful after 72 hours, the affected trading accounts are billing-disabled and disconnected, Copy Routes are deactivated and no new Copy Instructions are created. Operational account and route configuration remains recoverable for 30 days. A final paid status plus the required authorisation, connection, route, control and legal checks is required before safe reactivation. There is no replay of missed Copy Instructions.

Payment failure, suspension, deactivation and recovery never automatically close or modify broker positions or pending broker orders.

16. Cancellation and downgrade

Users can cancel the Subscription through a clear online account flow. Reducing the subscription quantity requires removing or scheduling removal of selected Billable Connected Accounts; full cancellation deactivates all Billable Connected Accounts and their Copy Routes.

Cancellation or downgrade takes effect at the next renewal by default, and access normally continues until the end of the already-paid Billing Period. An immediate deactivation option may be offered without a routine prorated refund, subject to mandatory legal rights.

The account must show the effective date, final paid-through date and affected accounts. Cancellation or deactivation never closes or modifies broker positions, cancels broker orders or terminates the user’s separate broker agreement.

17. Refunds, credits and prorating

Adding a Billable Connected Account mid-cycle is charged pro rata for the remaining Billing Period.

Voluntary account removal or Subscription cancellation does not create a routine pro-rata refund or credit for the unused part of an already-paid Billing Period. CopierPilot corrects duplicate or incorrect charges and provides refunds, price reductions, termination rights or other remedies where required by mandatory law.

No automatic service-outage credit scheme applies at initial launch.

18. Consumer withdrawal and immediate performance

Consumers may have mandatory withdrawal rights for an online Subscription. Where those rights apply, the relevant information and withdrawal method are presented through the online contracting flow.

If a Consumer asks for immediate access during a statutory withdrawal period, CopierPilot may request any acknowledgement or express request required by applicable law. Nothing in this Disclosure removes mandatory Consumer rights.

19. Price changes

CopierPilot will give at least 30 days' advance notice before an increase to the recurring platform price takes effect for an existing Subscription.

The notice must identify the new price and effective date and allow the user to cancel before the new price applies. A price change is not applied retroactively to a completed Billing Period and no recurring price increase is applied silently.

20. Product changes affecting billing

A product change may affect which connections or features are available, but it must not silently create a new charge.

Before a change increases the number of Billable Connected Accounts or introduces another recurring charge, the user must receive the required information and complete any acceptance needed under the contract and mandatory law.

Peer Copy remains subject to the same account-based platform fee and does not become a separate strategy subscription, marketplace fee or peer-payment product through a product update.

21. Suspension and termination

CopierPilot may suspend or terminate access under the Terms of Service for security, payment failure, abuse, legal restrictions or a material breach.

Billing distinguishes:

• temporary protective suspension;
• payment-related suspension;
• user cancellation;
• termination by CopierPilot for breach;
• discontinuation of a feature; and
• termination required by law or a third-party dependency.

Suspension or termination does not automatically close positions or move funds at a broker. Users remain responsible for direct access to and management of their broker accounts.

22. Peer Copy fee boundary

Peer Copy is private, invite-only and permanently non-commercial under the current product model.

The ordinary platform Subscription is paid to CopierPilot for access to the software. It is not a payment from a Follower to a Master or from a Master to a Follower.

CopierPilot does not support:

• a Master access fee;
• a Follower strategy subscription;
• commission or revenue share;
• performance fees or profit sharing;
• payouts to Masters;
• paid Invite Keys; or
• another direct or indirect payment for copied trades.

A user must not describe the CopierPilot platform fee as payment for a Master's strategy, performance or personal service.

23. Invoices, receipts and billing records

CopierPilot should provide an order confirmation, receipt or invoice containing the information required for the transaction and customer type.

The account should provide access to material billing history, including charges, credits, tax information, payment status and Subscription changes for the period made available in the account and required by applicable record-keeping rules.

Users must review billing records and promptly report an amount they believe is incorrect.

24. Payment questions, disputes and chargebacks

Users should contact CopierPilot through the Contact page promptly with a billing question or suspected error.

A payment dispute or chargeback does not by itself resolve the underlying contract or determine whether an amount was properly charged. CopierPilot may provide relevant order, acceptance and billing records to the payment provider where permitted.

CopierPilot must not retaliate against a user for exercising a mandatory payment or consumer right. It may take proportionate action against fraud, deliberate abuse or unpaid use in accordance with the Terms of Service.

25. Business and enterprise arrangements

The standard price stated in this Disclosure applies unless an approved written Business or enterprise agreement expressly provides different pricing or billing terms.

An enterprise agreement must identify which provisions it replaces. The current Peer Copy model does not permit payments between Masters and Followers; any future change to that model would require separate product and contractual changes.

26. Changes to this Disclosure

CopierPilot may update this Disclosure to reflect approved billing, tax, payment or product changes.

The effective date and version must be shown. Where a change materially affects an existing recurring Subscription, CopierPilot will provide the notice, cancellation opportunity or renewed acceptance required by the contract and mandatory law.

The accepted checkout or order confirmation controls the specific account count, price, promotion, billing start and renewal information for that purchase. The Terms of Service govern the broader contractual relationship. This Disclosure does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
